Overall I was pleased with the work and especially the price. They worked with me on the price and the estimator and the guys cleaning the floors were very kind. I was a little disappointed that my travertine floors didn't come out cleaner than they did. I was also told that the guys would move all of the furniture but when they arrived they said they didn't schedule time for that so I had to move all of the furniture while they got set up. The estimator also told me if I didn't want the area rug placed done they would take those areas off of the bill. I did want them done so i moved all of the area rugs.
