Vegas Vision - Craig Location

Came here because this office accepts my insurance. It was quick to make an appointment. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time (15 minutes) to give myself time to complete necessary new patient forms. When I arrived the front desk staff seemed annoyed instead of welcoming. I come from the customer service industry and they all need training or find another job they will be happy at. During my visit, the doctor, which I don't know his name, seemed rushed which is perfectly fine cause i wanted to go home too. I apparently was the last patient. I've been coming here for years, but after this last visit I don't think I'm coming here again. Horrible customer service and no regard for their customer's time.

The appointment accommodating to our work schedule. The optometrists were trained and educated from highly rated universities. Their board certified diagnostic equipment consisted of the latest eye technology. Ensuring me my eyes were healthy and disease free. Even the traditional eye chart exam had been updated to a new version. The first 4 lines consisted of a positive self empowering message everyone should be encouraged to recite out loud.
