Came here because this office accepts my insurance. It was quick to make an appointment. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time (15 minutes) to give myself time to complete necessary new patient forms. When I arrived the front desk staff seemed annoyed instead of welcoming. I come from the customer service industry and they all need training or find another job they will be happy at. During my visit, the doctor, which I don't know his name, seemed rushed which is perfectly fine cause i wanted to go home too. I apparently was the last patient. I waited for about 45 minutes before being seen. When I asked about additional colored contacts he said he doesn't have time and we'll do it next time on my follow up visit in a week. I was definitely not happy with my experience. My former eye doctors in San Diego were amazing. They respected my time by scheduling patience accordingly. It seems that they have other offices and the other office ladies seemed much nicer on the phone.
I've been coming here for years, but after this last visit I don't think I'm coming here again. Horrible customer service and no regard for their customer's time.
The appointment accommodating to our work schedule. The optometrists were trained and educated from highly rated universities. Their board certified diagnostic equipment consisted of the latest eye technology. Ensuring me my eyes were healthy and disease free. Even the traditional eye chart exam had been updated to a new version. The first 4 lines consisted of a positive self empowering message everyone should be encouraged to recite out loud. I Can Do All Things. However the fifth line became of bit blurry to read. Through Him Even as we evolve into our constant changing new world of technology. We are still conformed to a philosophy of gender based thinking. No longer does the term Doctor seen as a male role. And if we take a close look around at the world we live in today, even with one eye blind. It is much more than a mans world.
