The staff does not answer the phone .you'll be put on hold but then 10+min later still no response . Funny thing is when I had to show up and make my appointment there was 2 lady's in the front not answering other peoples phone calls and also talking negatively about the last costumers .they should do their job and get fired

Great customer service. Great Doctors and assistants. I've been here twice for an exam and new glasses within the last year or so. 5 stars id give 10 if I could. They even accepted me as a walk in.

This Dr was the first eye Dr to get my special needs son the correct ? scrip . I know this because we had gone threw so many pairs he broke and wanted nothing to do with them for years ..he's partially non verbal so getting it right can be difficult. However this Dr to our delight took so much time with our Angel and when he got his first scrip from him his face lit up his huge smile looking all around at every thing saying " wow" "wow" lol we were simply overjoyed he didn't want any breaks and is a daily happy responsible lil man about his glasses now ???ty Dr kindest regards
