I would like to give this company a 5 stars review because of the professionlism, honesty, and customer service Mary Brooks brings to this company.I had flooring install through Empire Flooring and the contractor was Vegas Home Remodeling. The product and installation of the flooring was beautiful. My complaint however, was with the lack of communication we did not receive from Empire during our initial contact. The Empire sales rep. was friendly and professional, and basically covered everything that would be done except explaining to us that when tile is removed from flooring a gap may occur around the dooring causing spaces between the new laminate flooring and the...read full review

I would like to give this company a 5 stars review because of the professionlism, honesty, and customer service Mary Brooks brings to this company. I had flooring install through Empire Flooring and the contractor was Vegas Home Remodeling. The product and installation of the flooring was beautiful. My complaint however, was with the lack of communication we did not receive from Empire during our initial contact. The Empire sales rep. was friendly and professional, and basically covered everything that would be done except explaining to us that when tile is removed from flooring a gap may occur around the dooring causing spaces between the new laminate flooring and the door frames. Needless to say we were not pleased when we saw the final end product. But, Vegas Home Remodeling and Empire worked together to ensure that we would be taken care of and that the problem would be resolved. Mary Brooks (Field Supervisor) took time from her busy schedule to come back out to our home with some of her top installers and made sure the door frames and flooring complimented each other. The end results were spectacular! We love our floors and the thank both Mary, Chris and Kevin for working so hard to make sure we were completely satisfied. A special thanks to Mary for caring and understanding our feelings and for taking time out to calm our nerves...LOL. We would recommend this contractor to anyone needing floors.
