I had a fabulous experience in this office today! I was so apprehensive after seeing all of the horrible reviews but I left there ecstatic! Everyone was so nice and patient and courteous. Nurse practitioner Sicilino was so genuinely sincere and helpful and such a refreshing improvement from other care providers I've seen in the recent past. I am so happy to have found her and this internal medicine practice. I highly recommend you give them a try.
Poor communication and direction amongst staff. I recommend seeking healthcare elsewhere. This place doesn't communicate clearly with patients. I personally wasted some time and money but quickly realized their incompetence.
First off, I want to say that if I could I would give a higher rating only because I love quality of care provided by Kristyn Cisilino, NP. I have had some health scares in the past and she helped run the appropriate tests and treatment I needed. The office staff that answer the phones and handle appointments are the individuals that I have a problem with. They continued to be incredibly rude the length of time that I have been attending the clinic. I have been late due to the ongoing construction that occurs on Charleston. Even when I leave an hour early, I cannot control when the construction people block the main entrance or block traffic since they are working. It... read full review
