After installing solar panels and enduring a 4-day power outage from NV Energy, I decided that the most valuable investment was a battery to store the solar power so I could use it during another outage. Not too long ago we had an outage, and the battery switched over seamlessly. I’m very pleased.
I wanted to write to give a great review for Universal Solar Direct. They did our solar panels in 2019, which have been flawless and performing even a bit better than anticipated. And then they were able to find us a Tesla Powerwall, which are hard to find, and get it installed this spring. We love having the battery backup, and they made the process very smooth. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for solar and battery backup in the area.
