Why do they give us health maintenance items like dental floss, 81g aspirin and many other items FROM CHINA ! We need to support our country, just because we are seniors and in Medicare or Medicaid doesn't make us sub standard Humans, I buy American made when possible especially if it taken by mouth or applied to skin... common --- have a little more care for us than MONEY ! We need Humanity back here in America ! Is Anyone listening ???

UHC is the bottom of the pickle barrel of health insurance and especially customer service. I have proof they were deliberately not paying my co pay that I never had. The provider ended up taking care of it. There was one lie after the next by multiple agents. I found out by a different agencies that they mark you. On the flip side, I am going to find a lawyer to retrieve the phone call I had on April 18 that was recorded. I also recorded it. I am going to make sure it makes it in the media: What was said on the call and done. And, of course the fraud of not paying the provider. There are thousands of lawyers out there and I won't stop until I retain one.

Worst insurance ever. Denied my mother rehab and sent her to skilled nursing. When asked, they would not tell me why she was denied, the credentials of those who denied it or allowed me to speak with the claims departments. The doctors and therapists at the hospital stated to them that she needed rehab and not skilled nursing. They hung up on me twice when I tried to get this info. They are cheap and don't do what is in the best interest of the patients.
