Biggest scammers. Sent by AHS. I already knew how the experience was going to be when I read the reviews on here. Fridge was broken, does not cool, tech came out for 10 minutes. Replaced some misc part, didn't leave paperwork at all. Claimed it didn't fix the problem and said AHS would call me in 2 days. (AHS haven't BTW, it's been 3 days)Tech claims not normal wear and tear. How? A fridge....Of course I'm sure AHS will tell me they have to go with what the tech's assessment. Why wouldn't they, UAS gets paid out of my pockets and AHS doesn't need to pay.Awful... just know if AHS sent these guys, you are already SOL.
The repair guy, Mike, “fixed the code” on our washer when the assignment was to “fix the washer because the front door unlocked and flooded our home 5 times within 48 hours.”He left, the washer flooded our home again, I called him and he wanted to argue with me that he “fixed the code” so it’s pretty much no longer his problem. He was condescending and incompetent! I would give him a minus 100 if I could! If you don’t want to do the work, close your business.Sent to us by American Home Shield.Service: Washing machine repair
If I could I would give them zero stars! The worst service from both the technicians and the office staff. The work order was initiated through a home warranty company (it was the SECOND claim about THE SAME ISSUE, but the other tech from ANOTHER company blew out the "clogged line" and it was then functional) When the UNITED APPLIANCE tech came he washed 3 of my towels, yes, he sat there through the whole wash cycle, and reported that it WAS working properly, However, what HE physically documented (inaccurately) voided my warranty claim with my warranty company. I wanted to let them know that, and question why he documented the issue as he did, on a now functioning washer, but after MULTIPLE attempts and messages to the phone number on the bill ( NOT THE SAME NUMBER ON THIS YELP SITE) I was forced to let my home warranty company make the contact and I have yet to hear back from anybody. On a positive note, my washer is STILL working- so their diagnosis was wrong!!!
