Ultra Heating & Cooling & Refrigeration

June of this year one of our a/c units had a motor fail. Ultra Air was tasked through our home warranty company Old Republic with assessing the problem. After reading some of the reviews regarding Ultra Air I was a bit leery when they were sent out. However, I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Ultra Air, and specifically Ben the technician. He came out in the middle of the day and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to my wife and I, and proceeded to replace the failed motor on the a/c unit. Cannot begin to express how pleased I am with the service I got from this company, and very specifically from my service technician, Juan C. Upon the initial assessment, all were already willing to go above and beyond in working with me scheduling wise to get my repairs done. But then Juan went even FURTHER above and beyond and was actually able to get the repair done right then and there. No problems with my unit since.

Over this weekend, my a/c unit decided to stop blowing cool air, and we woke up to the house at a steamy 85 degrees, which is not good at all in the Vegas summer! On Sunday morning I booked a service request with AHS, and they set us up with Ultra Heating & Cooling. By that evening the house was at 91 degrees, and I was really hoping this was not going to be yet another journey into the land of disappointment dealing with service companies. At 7:00 am this morning (Monday) I received a call from Veronica at Ultra to set up our service call, with an ETA of 8 am to noon.
