They came out in a timely manner to begin restorations and accommodated their calendar to meet the needs of my yet diagnosed problem. We came home to a flooded house after a 4-day vacation. It took a cracked toilet bowl to flood the entire downstairs. My semi-pro tip to all of you reading this is to shut off your water to the house before you go out of town. I called TRS immediately after I shut off the water, and it was around 8 pm at night. I didn't know TRS, but it was the first one that popped up on the Google search page. They showed up within 45 minutes and started the cleanup process until almost midnight. They spent the next week removing affected baseboards, flooring, and drywall. They were professional and diligent and answer every question we had. They understood how stressful the mitigation process is, so they explained to us in detail what we would expect. I can't say I would use them again because that means my house flooded again, and that would suck. However, if you're reading this review standing on the flooded floor, give them a call and say you read this epic review.
