Their flowers are 5/5 but I'm actually writing this review solely for DANA!! She has THE BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time! Dana has a natural level of empathy that most people wish they had. She is genuine, so professional and amazing at what she does! She answered the phone and took my requests and handled it immediately and really went above and beyond what she needed to do! These are the type of people we need in the industry! Just WOW! This is the second time I have received flowers from Tiger Lily from my daughter and her family.
Both the arrangements I received were absolutely stunning. The flowers we fresh and perfect in size. My home smells wonderful.
