I havebeento this place a couple of times. they had good value for a 1 hour foot massage, at $15/hr. Today I went there and left very disappointed and will never go back there again. I got a 30 minute foot rub and they charged me $19.00 and told me that I needed to tip $10 . This is one of the biggest scams I've ever experienced and I am NOT happy that they pulled that at the end. I will never go back there again.
