If I could give a negative review I would! (-5) STAR. Scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning on Tuesday the 18th of April. I guess 8am to 10am is their first thing. I scheduled it anyways. They will send you a disclaimer when you schedule that the time is just an estimate due to unknown factors and traffic. Seemed reasonable so I didn't have an issue with that. But when 2pm rolls around and they were a NO CALL NO SHOW after I pretty much sat around the house wasting my time waiting for them! Very Unprofessional an even more disrespectful for their clients Time. Thanks for nothing! This Location is in Las Vegas.
Driving like a madman currently down Durango and Desert Inn about 4:45pm today Thursday March 9th 2023. Whipping back and forth ildly with no signal not letting another driver over In a COMPANY CAR! So bad for business. We have kids in our car and had to pull back to avoid an accident The driver was lucky I didn't get the plates because they were gonna get reported to the cops.
These guys washed someone else's vehicle but completely blocked my driveway. I wasn't able to park in my own driveway because they thought it was "the best spot to wash the vehicle." Terrible employees.
