I had an issue with the fence ties that was purchased. Rick P. told me to come in and he would take a look at them. Not only did he rectify the situation, his customer service was impeccable, along with James and Joseph (I hope that's their names.) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I bought a canopy gazebo it was short a foot long from bottom and they had what I need tube post which foot long in half. They cut it for me I was out less then five minutes very friendly and professional I would recommend anybody to have there buiness
