Kimberlee is amazing!! I have extremely high standards with regard to everything and she always meets or exceeds my expectations whether it is a blowout, cut, color, conditioning treatment, hightlights, or toning. She makes your hair color look beautiful without sacrificing the health or shinyness and truly cares. She is always honest and lets you know if what you're looking to achieve is feasible or offers alternative suggestions that may be less damaging if she feels it is bad for your hair health. As a commercial real estate agent and entrepreneur / small business owner my time is limited and valuable to me. At the same time, my schedule is often unpredictable. Kimberlee's customer service is impeccable and she always accomodates however she can and communicates efficiently and promptly with regard to scheduling... Kimberlee is always on schedule and done in a reasonable timeframe yet not rushed with regard to her services. She has fit me in last minute or super early before her usual start time countless times and always responds to texts in a timely manner! I usually see her once a week for blowouts and every few weeks for cut + color. Icing on the cake to all this is that she is always friendly and her prices are super reasonable!
