Loved the signature message. They were so nice and professional, listened to our feedback, worked hard to massage all our knots, and focused on areas we pointed out. It was very relaxing and effective. They did a great job and I highly recommend!
listen!!! if you've never done hard wax before, you are missing out! i came in here a few months ago for the first time and didn't know it was hard wax. i was expecting soft wax. i was ready to walk out the door bc i was so scared it would hurt. (i could admit that i was a little rude and bitchy about it). the girls didn't give me attitude back and respected my decision. Riley (the esthetician) reassured me that it's not going to hurt as bad as soft wax. i'm like, "even if my hair is really long?" she said it works even better if you have long hair. i turned around and gave it a try..... best decision i have ever made. my hair grew back... read full review
