Benito was very thorough in his assessment of my AC. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and how he resolved it. I was pleased to hear an answer that made sense, for another company told me that the issue with my AC was that newer units (mine was installed in 2020) require a particular Freon that isn’t effective when it’s hotter than 103 degrees outside. My Freon was fine, and it’s satisfying to know that I won’t have to “get new ductwork” and spend thousands for an oversight. Benito saved the day.Service: A/C system maintenance
