We purchased a 2021 Traverse from here in May 2024, the sales people were friendly and everything went fine until the financing. We had pre-approval from Bank of America and wanted to use it to keep all of our accounts together, we let the sales team know this up front. They suggested we see what GM Financial could do because "there are promotions running and we're sure we can get a better rate than BOA". We agreed to see what the rates would be, however when GM Financial came back with the same rate we advised we wanted to stay with BOA and I gave them the pre-approval number. I'm extremely particular who I allow to work on my Z06s. Team Chevrolet has been my only Chevrolet Service Center I allow to work on my car, even just an oil change. Jason Cote and Dylan have been my service go to professionals for years. Their mechanics are top notch technical experts. Wouldn't trust anyother!

My wife and I went shopping for a new car Wed. We felt good with Team Chevrolet because Gird was a super nice sales person 6 years ago. So we entered and asked for Gerd. H greeted us with a wide grin and "good to see you again. How have you been." After some warm greetings Gert introduced us to Fadel who was to be our guide. He was patient and kind. After we looked at three or more cars, wanting a blue one, he said "Let me show one more." We fell in love with the silver one. The rest is history. The 2024 is just like the 2018 Equinox that we have. Thank you Team Chevrolet, thank you Gird, and thank you for your patience Fadel. lg
