Ariel Ferraris was very helpful in helping us pick out our glasses and see what was and wasn’t covered by insurance. She displayed excellent customer service skills. We greatly appreciate that because sadly it’s missing in many businesses today.
Katherine was amazing at helping me navigate the entire process of purchasing my fist set of glasses. I had gone to many other stores first, and they all just confused me more and more each time. I would highly recommend Target Optical if you're a first time buyer. Will be going back next time I need glasses.
Ariel assisted me in purchasing 2 pairs of Ray-Ban prescription eyeglasses. She was great to work with and took her time with me going through all the different lens options. I usually purchase my eyewear at Costco which is more affordable, but the frame choices here are much more stylish and premium (which is what I was looking for). I also noticed my Costco lenses were not as sharp as the lenses I got here.I'm really happy with my eyeglasses and my overall experience. I will definitely bring in my family when they need their eyeglasses. Thank you Ariel!
