Shweta is always pleasant and friendly. I’m very into being clean and as nasty as it sounds I ask to clean my nose too. Boy ol boy does it hurt but she’s the sweetest for getting it done for me ;) Thank you Sweetie

This was by far the fastest, gentlest and most efficient threading experience I've ever had -- virtually painless (compared with my first threading experience, which felt like it took an eternity and was so painful it sent me back to waxing/plucking for several years). She wore a mask while she worked on my brows, which I greatly appreciated as clinicians do have to get quite close to you. She was super nice, too! My only two qualms are that 1) there was no conversation beforehand about what I wanted my brows to look like; she went right to work the moment I sat down (fortunately, she knew what she was doing and didn't go too far with the clean-up). And 2) I broke out like crazy all around my brows the next day, which has never happened to me before. I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt and assume I just used too many products afterward before my skin could heal, as she didn't apply any product after threading that could have irritated my skin. So in spite of these two hiccups, I had a remarkably smooth experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.
