I renovated a small casita n asked them to build the kitchen cabinets. The cost was $10,000. Quite high I thought for the size of the job but it seemed the workmanship was worth it. 2 years later n the pull out drawers under the sink started to chip. I called in august for repair and I was told they were doing a big job and they would contact me when someone was available. I contacted them again in late September and I was told they'd squeeze me into a noon appointment. I waited until 4pm when I contacted them again and I was told they had difficulty getting into our gated community (I had sent the gate code in my correspondence) and then I was told they rang the bell at the house n no one answered. Again the work was done in the casita not the house and they knew I was in the casita. He left never trying to text me or call me for access into the backyard. My husband and I were home all afternoon. After a few texts back n forth with the owners wife I was told I'd need to find someone else to make the repairs. I have since done that although I must say that when u spend $10,000 in a small casita I would have thought their customer service would have been more accommodating and courteous. I DO NOT recommend this company and suggest anyone reading these reviews for guidance move on to a more reputable company where your business is appreciated. Again DO NOT use them!

On time, on target, on price and schedule. Oscar came out after we went thru four other companies who would not or could not do the work. The goal, modify an existing kitchen cabinet for a new 30 in oven/ microwave combo from an existing cabinet designed for a 27 in unit with very limited space for expansion. Done and installed on time. Slight problem.....the spec sheet given to us by the appliance manufacturer was wrong by 1/8 in. The appliance installer caught it. I called Amy and they sent someone the next day to modify the cabinet. The day after they sent another person out to do the door and drawer installation. Yes, they are that good. They will get my business from now on and I recommend they should get yours.

I never put reviews in Yelp, but I very much wanted to this time. I hired Superior Custom Cabinets. They were to build a entertainment center, a bar, and a new cabinet in our master bathroom. Not only were the cabinets beautiful, but their installation crews were absolutely wonderful and detailed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a really quality job done. I hired them during covid-19 time and they were very mindful of us by wearing masked and treating our home as if it was theirs. Truly a great job with great people.
