I had a safety switch issue. in August. So I was told to fix it... November came around. Las Vegas is cold. house cold. my friend Marylee-lee called Super Service and they came. Ranier Ranido explained to me it was just a simple thing. which Ranier fixed. It is fixed. Wow! I ain't cold. I don't need to warm my house with oil and a wick(didn't work). Thanks Ranier.
