This was the first time I dealt with Sun Country Heating and Cooling. They cleaned my dryer vent. The technician, Cameron and his assistant were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they thoroughly clean it from the inside, they also cleaned out the one on the roof. They took pictures and showed me before and after the cleaning. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend this company!!
Sun Country Heating & Cooling is the only honest, reliable AC company in the entire Las Vegas valley. There are so many disreputable companies out there. I know, I've dealt with several of them. In contrast, Sun Country has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had to replace a relatively new AC system due to incompetence of the builder and its vendor. I went with Sun Country, even though they weren't the cheapest. It was the best decision I made. Sometimes, you really do get what you pay for. They did a terrific job and were courteous and professional.

Cameron was fantastic. Knowledgeable, honest, felt like he approached the issue like it was his house … “Let’s do this, so we don’t have to spend a ton of money, and see if it fixes the issue.” It did, and I appreciate it!
