I recently had my home heat pump serviced by Summit service technicians. Chris, Cosmo, and Bill were professional but personable. I was amazed that they could carry on a cordial conversation while working. Chris replaced a motor in the inside unit, while Cosmo pointed out to me that the thermostat wire outside was exposed to the elements. He then covered the wire so that it would no longer be exposed. Chris explained to me the different ratings of air filters, which I really appreciated. I had been buying the way more expensive ones when I didn't have to. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Everyone from Karen the Office Mgr, Sean, to Cosmo and Lawrence the technicians who get my Evaporative Cooler up and running for the Summer and Winterized for the Winter. Cleaned the SS permanent filter, closed up the interior vent for Winter. He's knowledgeable, professional and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. I wouldn't have anyone else and I know they would be just as exemplary if my AC has a problem. Cannot say enough good things about this Company. This was the first time I used Summit and I would definitely recommend them. I was told I needed a new air-conditioning unit by another company, but wanted a second opinion. I was so impressed. Not only were they prompt and courteous, but they got the job done the same day, and just looking at how it was installed by the pictures they showed me, it was a far superior job than the last people I used. I would highly recommend them, and will be using them in the future for my maintenance
