LOVED IT & got a membership. I got a FREE first stretch and was excited because of how tight my shoulders and neck constantly are!! they had a location close to me and the staff was incredibly fun and constantly checked in eith me and guided me to get the most out of the stretch. I left feeling so much lighter and more flexibl! It felt sooo good better than a massage! Highly recommend!!

Daron greeted me as soon as he was ready for me (appointment start time on the dot) but I was waiting for him in the front. The front has these massage chairs that are heavenly. There's fresh filtered water near the chairs as well. Daron broke everything down with me and he stretched me out very well and comfortably. As he stretched different areas of my body he explained why he was stretching and why he was stretching. They have this 3-5-7 approach while they stretch you out so make sure to pay attention to your body as you are being stretched. It is pricey, but I feel so much more relaxed. Great staff and customer experience at the Trails Village location. John, Shawna and Darren are top notch and professional. I do a lot of walking at work and at 60 years+, the Stretch Zone sessions made a big difference in my mental and physical health. Would highly recommend for overall health and well being and especially, for improved mobility.
