Called asking for appointment and the person who answered the phone hanged up on me, rude, no customer service
Very disappointed. I was looking forward to my appointment with this barber from the reviews I read. I called a day before and set an appointment at 3pm today and even received a confirmation message for the appointment at 3pm. I arrived a couple minutes early and was told by the guard in the front gate that he had not seen the barber arrive. This worried me but he let me in anyway so I carried on. Long story short, he did not show up all day for the appointment and I was not given any heads up or prior acknowledgements that he will be absent. I called several times and was sent to voicemail each time. Huge waste of time and incredibly unprofessional.
Put my face and beard in the hands of a master. Excellent barbershop banter. Hands of a craftsman with a razor in his hand. My face feels great. Super relaxed. Great way to start a day.
