Hanny is awesome! I hired her first to help me figure out how to make my house more beautiful so I would enjoy living in it more. She gave me great advice on paint colors and lighting fixtures. I then hired her to stage my home when we needed to move out of state for work. Again, she was awesome! Hanny made our lived in home look so fresh and gorgeous that we quickly received an almost full price offer. I had it listed and did not have much traction, but once Hanny made everything gorgeous and new photos were taken, it did not last long. She is a real pro with a great eye. We are selling a house in Las Vegas which has been on market for 40 days without any activity.
