Today I was doing business next door to another Sport Clips, which I had never been to before. When I went to check-in your location had a 62min wait. I decided to find something to do to wait the hour to get a haircut when I could've walked into the location I was near. I've been coming to your location for years, and other than 1 time, have never had a bad experience. Today was different, Sarah James probably gave me the best haircut and experience I've ever had. She was quick, accurate, knew exactly how to cut my hair, and was beyond friendly and super easy to talk to.

Always a decent haircut and the shampoo and head massage with the hot towel is definitely the draw for the MVP, also you can check their online check in feature to see your estimated wait time which I love. The shoulder massage isn't really worth anything so don't spend the extra for the MVP if that's what you're banking on but again the shampoo and head massage makes it worth it in my opinion.
I came in without using the app and it was an hour wait. They were busy. I went and did some errands and came back to be the 3 rd on list. It was Shanice that took my turn. I told her how I liked my hair and she took it from there. It’s a great atmosphere. Great staff. I’ve been coming here for a long time.
