I love coming here. The only longest part is check-in. After that, the whole appointment takes maybe an hour. The two doctors that I saw were amazing - Chelsea Musci and Davis Bowden. In the quest diagnostics Downstairs- Shanel Is an amazing phlebotomist! You don’t even feel when she exchanges the vials for blood.
First time here. Check-in was good, Phoenix was pleasant and assisted me with that. To the person that made me feel welcomed with this sign is a rockstar! Give that person a promotion or raise!!! My Provider Chelsea Musci is awesome. Listened to my concerns and addressed the things I needed to take care of. Overall great experience!
My primary care is Dr Arslan. I have many Dr through Southwest medical. My PCP is an amazing Dr. he orchestrates all my care and I just try to keep up. I appreciate my healthcare team!!
