Was referred to Southwest ChemDry by my handyman. I would highly recommend Karl and the work he does. Answered call promptly and scheduled service quickly as well. Well worth the money. The tile has never felt this clean and the grout looks essentially brand new. Very pleased with entire service.
I received a coupon in the mail and called in to make an appointment. The representative that scheduled the appointment was polite and explained to cost of the service. I was expecting to have an up charge or fees increased and my coupon not to be honored but the day of the service the price was exact. Joaquin the service tech walked in and inspected our home and carefully listened to our concerns about our trouble areas. Joaquin and the other service tech were on time and very polite.Their work is exceptional. I will be calling periodically to have my carpet cleaned by them. I highly recommend this company.
We had Chem Dry clean a shower stall, some kitchen grout and 2 rugs. In all three this firm and owner exceeded our expectations by a lot. I would recommend Karl and his crew 100%.Services: Pet stain & odor removal
