I had a water main leak running from the sidewalk to somewhere toward my house. The water authority investigated and found that it was my problem. The leak was running all the way to the front of the neighborhood 3 blocks away. My landscaper happened to be there and shut off the main water valve.Great---now I have no water and my non-licensed plumber friend wouldn't even touch this job. Needless to say, I was scared to death that these costs can run anywhere from $3,000 to more than $15,000. We had a new 50 gallon water heater installed this morning and what great service. Lilo the technician is a great guy and really knows his stuff. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly and quick to finish. Very happy with Sound plumbing and especially Lilo. Will keep his name with the company info to always request him again!
I called based on referral to install two new toilets, 4 faucets, and a garbage disposal. The tech was 8 hours and didn't finish the job. I made him arrange to come back to install the kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. After he installed the garbage disposal, I noticed the splash guard wasn't in place and it leaked. The garbage disposal was new in box, from Home Depot, with warranty. They sent out another tech who installed their garbage disposal and it leaked. The toilet bases need cleaning up, there is sealant in the sinks, some sealant didn't set. Now they refuse to come back saying the techs were bit by the dogs ( the first one was on the floor playing with them) the second tech, yes, my foster dog surprised me and had his pants. No bite and he was immediately kenneled. That is on me. However, now they refuse to fix the garbage disposal that leaks water so I can't use that side of the sink. They blame me for the product saying not under warranty ( not true) and no excuse for their product. I now have to find another company to fix that issue, complete the clean up on the toilets and sinks. The person that referred me recently called and requested service and they had a bad experience saying Sound is not the same. I shoulder some of this unpleasant experience as I should have sent the first tech home long before 8 hours were up and called another company. I will sing praises of Bree as she is wonderful. Excellent customer service skills always pleasant and willing to help. She belongs in a much higher caliber service.
