Overall an excellent experience! I had the pleasure of getting waxed by Luisa & she was kind, quick, and had great conversation! This was my first time at SOS and she helped me feel very comfortable! I had an appointment at a different wax place that canceled on me 1 hour before my appointment and SOS squeezed me in same day/same hour. I am very grateful for the amazing service & I WILL be booking with Luisa for all my future appointments!
I travelled to the US from the UK and whilst on my travel I was in need on waxing.
I drove down to the saloon and was assisted by a lovely lady.
She completed part of my waxing just before closing time and the following day another assistant completed my waxing.
It was painless, great techniques used and care given during the treatment. They both engaged and held good conversations. Very polite, well presented and professional.
The saloon itself was clean, tidy and smelt floral. Great service overall.
This was my first visit and I can definitely say I will be back again and again. Friendly staff greeted me and did mention that there will be a small wait, which I was fine with and I got there a little early anyways. Wasn’t too long before Hailey greeted me and walked me back. The whole process was fantastic, Hailey was very thorough, but also was friendly, and made me feel comfortably through the whole process! The prices here are super fair! Highly recommend this place for all your needs.
