My water heater broke down over the weekend and i'm a renter so of course, I have to go through property management. Snow frosty came out on Monday diagnosed the problem and had a new water heater installed by Tuesday! Very satisfied with my service. My property management also highly recommends them.
The technician was right on time and he was very professional and courteous, and he was able to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I get a maintenance service twice a year one for the air conditioner and one for the HEATER side so we will be doing this again come fall looking forward to the fall maintenance Thanks again for the service Hal😀
