I’ve been going to Smash Iron for almost 3 years now and I can no longer go to any other gym. This place feels like home, everyone knows each other by name and is so supportive. From those who are just starting their fitness journey to strong men and everything in between, there is something for everyone here at Smash!

I was turned on to this place by a friend. I get great advice from Carlo in nutrition and health strategies in general. Highly recommend for those serious about maintaining good health and fitness.

I really don’t know where to begin! Starting from my consultation, Carlo was very understanding and encouraging. We made a plan for my 9-week personal training sessions, he paired me with my trainer and was able to offer me a plan that worked within my budget. My trainer, Cassidy is AMAZING and very supportive as well. She continues to challenge me in my workouts as I get stronger and is just a really down to earth person! When I started; the clients, trainers and smoothie bar staff were super friendly and encouraging to me on my fitness journey and continue to say hello and check in with me when I come workout.
