We have used this company twice, (sadly since our unit is only 5 years old on a new build home.) Both times they responded quickly and made it out to our home within less than a day of us calling. Our most recent technician, Darryl, was absolutely outstanding! He was so clear on what our options were and gave us many options, all with great explanations and possible outcomes. He thoughtfully answered all of our questions, even when they may have seemed ridiculous. He ended up fixing our unit for a very reasonable price and gave us some things to check right away if we have this same problem again. Received a maintenance check on June 28, where they replaced a capacitor and installed hard starts on both units. Two weeks later, one unit is not working. I called the office and they were really quick to respond. When the technician got to my house I immediately noticed some arc flashing on the fan blades. SOMEHOW the wires to the fan got tucked into the blades and were cut. To me it seemed likely that was the result of the inspection a week and a half ago, but I couldn't prove it. Technician called the boss and they waived any cost to me. I think that's fair service.
We had the best experience with Gavin! We are a couple of senior citizens who were having trouble working the thermostat. Gavin basically gave us a tutorial and even let us video tape him using all the key buttons. We always have great success with this company. We highly recommend them, especially Gavin!
