Both Kevin during my consultation and Aaron during install were polite, professional, and very efficient. Also friendly, which is a plus! My kitchen sink looks amazing and I’m so happy I found this business. Will be using them again if ever needed!
Thank you Vanessa for giving me faith in the honesty of some workers in this town. Tenant complained left and right there was sewage smell everywhere in the house, despite multiple people going to the house and smelling nothing. He was insistent sewage had infiltrated the clean water and all the piping and that the multiple handymen were all wrong. He even called Vanessa directly, and she went to the house and did everything she could to recreate the smell, and nothing. Even offered to come by again if they were able to recreate the smell. Still nothing! Thanks Vanessa, I will certainly be coming to you for all future plumbing needs.
Brand new water heater needed (thanks LV hard water). Silver State to the rescue! Installed right away flawlessly. Neat, clean, and our tech Klayson Herolga was polite and extremely knowledgeable!! Five stars for him as well!
