Exceptional work! I took my handbag to have the strap shortened and they did a beautiful job. The end result is flawless. Also, Patricia was most friendly and courteous. I will definitely return anytime I need additional work completed.
The handle on my samsonite luggage was broken. They fixed it for me within a day and it works great now. Plus this play covers samsonite luggage repairs so it was done with no charge to me. Patricia was very friendly and accomodating.
Ok first the bad - they took just this side of forever. They were dropped off to be dyed in January and were not ready until the first week in June (however I didn't pick them up until August so clearly I was not in a huge rush) so if you need a very fast turnaround you may not get that - we were originally told three weeks. The good - 100% worth every second of the wait, just check out the before and after photos and see for yourself. I've practically got brand new 70s vintage Frye boots. I'm not even a little upset about the wait now that I've seen them. They are absolutely stunning and SO much better than expected.
