I had a massage today at the Westgate. Serenity spa, my masseuse‘s name was Sofia and she was amazing and so talented. The best massage I’ve ever had!! She was so kind. I’m heavy chested and probably had over 60 massages my life and Sofia was the first person to ever suggest to put a towel by my stomach and hip area and it made all the difference in the world and that made me so comfortable. She asked me what my problem areas were. I told her she focused on that part of my body. Her hands are outstanding!!! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. A little pricier than a stand-alone spa because it's located within the Westgate resort/hotel. With your treatment, you have access to the dry/wet saunas and hot tubs. They automatically tack on a 20% service fee/gratuity but will give you the option to change it. Attendants will show you around prior to your treatment. Overall a good experience
