Todd at Send It Rising is the man. He does a massive amount of web design for us, and we have a constant stream of updates that we send his way - he's always responsive and right-on-top of the changes and updates. We hit a few roadblocks in the design process early on, but he was able to find a way around the issues and get us what we are looking for.
