If you want the best car rep you could ever meet, ask for Giselle. I had a smooth pleasant experience with Giselle. From the time I walked into the showroom, her elite customer service excelled at a level that made me feel special. I was greeted with an offer of water or coffee, and there was no waiting or wasting time. She got straight to business. I did my app on line. She asked for my ID from there, and the steps were an amazing experience. Like 1234, my entire wait to purchase my new car was less than an hour and a half. i have bought my Dodge 2022 Charger RT here, Victor was the representative that took care of me and he was amazing. He worked with me to get me a great deal without getting ripped off- To this day as i come into the dealership he always takes care of me and makes sure i get taken care of immediately! He loves his job and also is a people's person which works wonders. In the service department, Daniel is also very nice he always makes sure everything is right when you get serviced and always follows up! overall i am very happy with my experience purchasing my car here and coming in for my oil changes/tire rotation and will always recommend Victor for your car needs... read full review
