I am delighted that I discovered Dr. Cabling. Having a newly diagnosed autoimmune chronic illness is difficult. It can be terrifying and overwhelming. Dr. Cabling took the time to discuss the overall expectation of the initial treatment and the prognosis of my disease based on my unique lab results. I never felt rushed. I was given full attention. I was given sufficient time to express and clarify any concerns or fears about my health. He examined my joints and extremities to ensure that there was no inflammation. He is thorough. I’ve been coming here for over a year now and have had the best experience from the front desk, the nurses and Robert! All of them are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I’ve gone thru a lot and Robert always listens and helps me find solutions. Thank you all for being so amazing!

Update:I received a call to get the situation addressed. Unfortunately a call center answers their phones. That directly affects the patients. The Dr is great, compassionate and knowledgeable. Regardless any company is only as strong as their weakest link. It's been a very difficult month for me and even writing this I'm having a difficult time concentrating over my health issues. Hopefully phone calls and e-mails will not go unanswered in the future but with there being a call center involved, I doubt there is a way to hold anyone accountable. At the end of the day, patients are suffering due to the inability to communicate adequately with the staff at the office.
