These ladies do a great job on my cats Morty and Simba. Morty got his first ever grooming today. He looks beautiful and sleek. Simba gets the lion haircut and has been to Royalty twice. He has been very satisfied and proud of both of his haircuts. I'm so glad to have found Royalty Pet Spa.
April is amazing! We only lived here for 1 year so I’m sad to be losing April as our groomer, she does an incredible job on our Mini Goldendoodle every time. Great at communication and very thorough. Highly recommend April!
Our first time here and we will be back!! They did so well with my pup and he seemed happier than ever once we got home (his facial expression in the photo is because he doesn’t like his photo being taken ?)
Anyways! From the get they have been accommodating and understanding. Our dog fell and got injured 2 days before his first visit, resulting in us having to cancel last minute. They actually waved our charge and were able to get us back in immediately after he healed. Though I was totally prepared to pay the fee, it spoke volumes to me that they removed it due to him being injured.
