I have ordered from this florist multiple times and delivery is always on point and flowers always beautiful! I have called and asked questions about delivery/orders and customer service is top tier. I won't order flowers from anywhere else!

I ordered an arrangement for delivery on Valentine's Day, it was beautiful and delivered early in my requested time window. I created some confusion with my add-ons, but Juliet helped to resolve my issue the next day, she's amazing! I'm very happy to have found a reliable florist who provides top notch customer service. I'll be using Rose Shack to send beauty to my loved ones on occasions and holidays from now on!
