Pleasantly surprised at my first haircut in 6 years! I have severe anxiety surrounding cutting my hair due to a connective tissue disease and the amount of time it takes for my hair to grow back after. ( we’re talking 1” a year or less ) Kathleen was phenomenal start to finish. Booking my appointment was only a week out, she had times that were easy for me to commit to, she booked me with no pressure and best of all she is affordable which is so hard to find a quality hairdresser with those prices now. Upon arrival there were no other clients which was amazing. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured, or overwhelmed with my already heightened anxiety. Kathleen had a warm smile and personality and listened to what I wanted & gave me time to explain. She taught me about some better products to use but didn’t give me the “ cut your hair off speech “ and that to me spoke volumes. She was able to only cut about 1” off of my very damaged hair and make it look amazing! She also did a treatment and blowout. The whole process took a little over an hour and I plan on coming back soon! Huge thank you to Kathleen today with all my concerns and questions. Please give this salon and Kathleen a chance!
