A tree fell on our roof and damaged inside and out. Richards promptly came by did the estimate. They fixed the inside and outside. They did a wonderful job. Fast and efficient. The workers were wonderful! Highly recommend!

i am sorry if anyone may have had a bad experience with this contractor but our experience was above and beyond great. We had a small but very important job to be done in our bathroom.so we did our homework and settled on this contractor because we had seen past work done by his company. We called and left a message of what we needed but got no reply so a few days later we tried again and this time we got to talk to Richard and we are so glad that we made the choice to try again. He explained exactly what happened and why there was no reply(he did not have to take the time to do that he could of just made up something) so we made the appt for his team to come out to see the job and we explained that we would like the person's to have boot covers and mask and when his worker arrived he had no boot covers but did have a mask he then took off his boots before entering our home!!.(his name is Allen) after looking at the job he took time to explain to us exactly what was needed so in a short time later we had the contract with the price to do the job and it was a fair price. On the day of the job Allen and another man arrived at the time they said they would. The two of them got right down to business and before the job started Allen explained to me that he and the other worker had boot covers and mask but i explained to him that we had talked to Richard and he explained that it is uncomfortable for the workers to wear the masks (due to sweating)and that we had made other plans so they would not have to worry about it (but they came prepared to wear both) also these two men work as a team and the job that was going to take a full day was done in (4)hours. While working they did not waste any time they took their break and got right back to work they explained every thing being done and were very mindful of all our concerns' could go on but I am sure anyone reading this gets the picture. If you are looking for a contractor I would say give this company a call we will use them again if needed. With money being tight like it is and being on a fixed income we wanted someone who was fair and did the job we were paying to have done. Please believe if our experience had been any different we would write it down for all to read as well but credit must be given when it is due.and also there was no surprises at the end of the job the price agreed upon was the price paid not one penny more.(Honesty).Thanks.

We have used Richard's Mobile Home Services for several jobs now. Today was a new sink installation. We are so glad to have found a reliable repair service. Every employee Richard's has sent has been professional and courteous. We will definitely use Richard's for any work we need done. Very happy with every job done. Rene was our guy today and we will probably ask for him every time.
