I had a problem with my outside door lock. I called the service department and someone came out within the hour to fix it. Personnel are very professional, service oriented and go the extra mile to ensure customers are well taken care of.
They have a lot options and styles. They work with your budget. They provide financing. Installers are from Anderson no subcontractor labor. The installers know their job and are quick, Friendly and professional. They take away old windows. They correct any problems that may occur in a timely manor. Our installer’s name was “Adhir” After 3 window panes Adhir asked how everything was working. I told our sliding glass door rolling screen door was having difficultly rolling easily and locking properly. Adhir cleaned the track and installed two new nylon rollers. The crew came in and they were very efficient. Got 13 windows installed in less than 6 hours. Left things very clean. Looking forward to the back half of the house being done in a few months. Hopefully the same crew comes out next time!!
