The hotel is clean, renovated, much better than any other hotel in Las Vegas. It's a bit far from the strip and from Fremont (connected by transportation but it's a bit expensive, if there are several of you it's better to take a taxi). It has a fairly large pool and various facilities. However, the internet works quite badly and the staff is not very friendly.
Excellent Vegas location for office space. If you want to be central of the entire valley this is the location. Bri is awesome and she's very helpful. Her knowledge about what business owners should and shouldn't do makes her a great asset to the overall Regus experience.
I've used many Regus meeting rooms in the past. This one was very expensive, kind of run down, they charged $5 per person for coffee and water, but the water was just filtered water you got from the sink, and their coffee machine didn't make cappuccinos. The staff was nice, the location was convenient with several options to pick from for lunch. I just won't use them again.
