I was on a vacation in Vegas with my kids. We had a car rental. I didn't use the insurance offered through the car rental company, and instead agreed I'd use my own. I was downtown when I got a flat tire. It was a Sunday. I'm not from that town, and panicked what I'd do, especially with two little kids in the car. I called Ray Auto, and Ray did come to open the shop to help me, and save the day. He charged me a very decent price, although it was an emergency, and I couldn't have been more grateful and thankful for his professionalism, empathy, and compassion. I just found my new mechanic! I had such a great experience with Ray’s Auto. When I called to get a quote, Andy was super helpful with getting me the price. When I went in for my appointment, Vanya (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was super friendly and Ray got to work immediately. I was in and out quick. I will be going to them for my repairs a long as I’m in Vegas.
