If I can give this place a zero I would this is extremely foolish how hard is it for simple orders to be done wrong over and over like are people even trained here the nurse is literally a piece of work she has absolutely no idea what she's doing she just talks and talks but does nothing right my aunt has had to go back over 4 different times for some simple orders to see specialist and blood work it's been literally 2 months and still nothing has been done right. And now the office is closed and the nurse can't even help with anything just fire her and replace her because it's unbelievable. I have been a patient at RAPID CARE for some time now, but my recent experiences have been less than satisfactory due to one particular employee, Christina, who works in the back office. Her demeanor and attitude have made visiting the doctor an unpleasant experience.
Christina has consistently shown a lack of professionalism and empathy, which is vital in a healthcare setting. The doctor i saw there seems fine. But the rest of the staff, nurses, receptionist etc. are totally unprofessional! Just like other post say! I would expect this if i lived in the ghetto! Avoid this place, this is a micky mouse organization! If I could I would give this place negative stars!
